Welcome to the Volunteer Service Abroad reporting portal!

The reports you submit here are vital. They help us capture the impact of your work—the new opportunities you’re creating and the positive ripples that will flow through communities for generations to come.

Before you start your first report,
1. Please check your profile to ensure that the Emergency Contact details we have on file are correct.  
2. Review the Assignment Details tab for the report deadlines and save the dates in your calendar.
3. Provide the contact details of your counterpart (i.e. the person in the partner organisation with whom you work closely with to support capability development) so that we can follow up with your counterpart for reports.

If you have a change in counterpart halfway through the assignment, please provide an updated counterpart details by creating a new contact and updating the start and end date.
